Your mindset plays an enormous part in managing your health and wellbeing. Maintaining a positive outlook can help the body heal. Recent studies have proven that mindfulness practices, such as meditation, positive self-talk and affirmations have a positive biological impact.

Why Positive Thoughts Matter

All thoughts have a vibrational frequency. Positive thoughts vibrate at and higher rate and carry positive, regenerative energy. Likewise, negative thoughts vibrate at a lower frequency and carry a negative charge which is harmful and detrimental energy. Are you with me? In a nutshell, it's impossible for your body to heal if your head is full of negative self-talk because there is a constant flow of destructive energy running through your body which causes dis-ease. This reinforces our perspective that skin health needs to be looked at from a holistic point of view. Changing your mindset will set you free; not only by making you feel more positive about life in general, but it will help you manage stress, improve your relationships, with yourself and others and will help your body heal from the inside and outside.
